8th Annual Shane Kinsella Memorial 5 Mile Run and 2 Mile walk to promote SIDS awareness at Camp Cochipianee, Goshen, CT.

The race was started in 1991 and has always donated all net proceeds to the Friends of the Mt. Holyoke Range, a nonprofit organization that helps the State of Massachusetts to purchase and preserve land surrounding the Mt. Holyoke Range State Park. In addition, the Friends also has numerous programs that promote the Range.
The race follows the New England National Scenic Trail (NET) in a westerly direction from Route 116 at the Notch in South Amherst to Old Mountain Road in Hadley and then retraces the route back to Route 116. The single-track trail is marked with white, rectangular blazes.
A 5k Run – Walk or 1M Walk on the beautiful Derby Greenway. It will start on the industrial park road behind BJs located at 20 Division Street. The course will proceed from the starting line on industrial park road onto the Greenway, enter the loop in the Greenway after crossing under the railroad trestle and return to the industrial park road for the finish line.
The 5th annual Colonel Classic 5K Road Race takes place on a moderately hilly picturesque route (partially closed to traffic) is highlighted by flat, stone wall lined, country roads, in rural southeastern Connecticut. Presented by PALESTRA, a student led group attempting to “change our world through sport”.
The 5K course bears left on Colonel Ledyard Highway and continues for approximately 1.5 miles. At Maple Terrace, turn right, then loop back and turn left onto Colonel Ledyard Highway. Continue along Colonel Ledyard Highway until the finish at Ledyard High School’s main entrance.

In A Heartbeat is a nonprofit foundation with the mission to prevent death from sudden cardiac arrest and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). We raise money to buy and donate Automated External Defibrillators to businesses, schools, and organizations in need. We also raise money to help fund HCM research projects. The proceeds raised at this event will go directly to our cause and positively impact our community.

This exciting event takes place in beautiful Guilford, CT and features panoramic views of Long Island Sound and the historic Guilford Green. After the race, enjoy food, drinks, fun exhibits, a DJ and much more. FREE t-shirt to all registered runners.
The race celebrates the life of Ethan Song who passed away in January 2018 at the age of 15. All proceeds go to the Ethan Miller Song Foundation, a non-profit that develops and supports Ethan’s causes and programs that keep kids safe.
This race is a 14.1 mile out and back that generally follows the Fenton River. It has some interesting trail variations over beautiful terrain, with several small bridge crossings, a climb to 50 foot cliff, fields, and woods. The race starts at Mansfield Hollow State Park and winds its way to Old Turnpike Road (off of route 44). There are three road crossings which will be staffed by volunteers from the Mansfield Fire Department. There will be water stops along the way at the 3.5, 7, and 10.5 race points.
