Bound for the Sound is 5k and 10k road race in Old Lyme, CT. Both courses start at popular Sound View Beach in Old Lyme, CT. The 10K is mostly flat with some gently rolling hills. The 5K is very flat and very fast. Both races finish down historic Hartford Avenue facing the beach.
